About Giblet
Documents are still what agreements are made of — but where a signed PDF ends up, and whether it's still the original file, has become surprisingly hard to answer once time has passed.
Giblet was built for the documents that matter most: leases, supply agreements, NDAs, approvals and contracts that may need to be relied upon months or years after signing. After every recipient signs, Giblet creates an independent, tamper-evident proof record of the exact final file — something you can point to later, outside the inbox or folder the document happened to end up in.
We keep the mechanics simple. A cryptographic fingerprint of the completed document is recorded, not the document itself. If a copy is ever questioned, that fingerprint confirms whether it matches the version everyone actually signed.
We built Giblet for lawyers, procurement teams, developers and businesses who need more than a completed signature — they need a record that still holds up when someone asks, much later, "can you prove this?"
