Documents (pre-NFT): uploaded files before they are hashed or minted.

On-Chain

Wallet address / public key (required for blockchain use).

Giblet cannot alter, edit, or delete blockchain data.

On-Chain Services

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents but grant Giblet a limited license to process, hash, and certify them.

Blockchain networks are third-party systems outside of our control. Giblet is not responsible for chain congestion, forks, downtime, or failures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Giblet is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for claims arising under these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

You are solely responsible for your documents, wallet security, and blockchain use.
